Spiritual direction rests on a critical and fundamental assumption: God is good and fundamentally benevolent toward all that he has made. Thus spiritual direction is a ministry that fosters the capacity to live in awareness of the goodness of God: “For the LORD is good; his steadfast love endures forever, and his faithfulness to all generations” (Ps 100:5).
As a Christian companion, I listen to you and the Holy Spirit. Together, we pay attention to what the Father is doing in your life as you share your story and your walk with Jesus and the Holy Spirit. Each session is a time for deep listening, prayer, and conversation, all while we look for the presence and activity of God in your life.
As a spiritual director, it is my joy to walk with anyone seeking a deeper, sustaining walk with Christ. While I have a particular calling to serve pastors, chaplains, non-profit leaders, missionaries, and seminary students, I welcome all who desire spiritual direction and a closer walk with Jesus.
I completed my training in spiritual direction through the Denver Seminary Spiritual Direction Graduate Certificate program, am a member of the Christ-Centered Spiritual Direction Association, and partner with LifePoint Resources, Practice Collective, and Companioning Center to offer spiritual direction.
Every spiritual director brings a theological center to the work - a foundational understanding of who God is, who we are, and what it means to be in relationship with the Triune God.
My spiritual center is my belief that the Triune God desires an abiding, personal relationship with every person. My faith is rooted in the ancient faith of the church, summarized in the Nicene Creed, words Christians across the centuries and traditions have prayed together.

With one ear tuned to God and the other to you, spiritual direction is a time for deep listening, prayer, and conversation all attending to the presence and activity of God in your life.

Each person is different. Your experience with me in direction and coaching will be tailored to your needs and personality.
Spiritual Direction:
We start with a check-in, and then I ask about your soul's state. After you share, often, we'll observe silence and pray before exploring what you bring to the session. I will ask you evocative, introspective questions and stay mostly quiet, providing space for your spiritual journey with occasional gentle observations.
